I am part of the Sigfox Global Adoption Team, in charge of driving innovation and animating the ecosystem in Spain and LATAM.This includes acting as the 1st point of contact for new partners via the Partnerships Program.Sigfox is a global IoT connectivity service. - Defined the research strategy and the structure of the country project- Conducted primary research and more than 100+ meetings with C-level executives and government officials. (Published interviews and informative discussions) which resulted in the development a detailed analysis on key segments of the economy- Managed and directed four analysts on the field resulting in the production of 400+ pages of content- Handled economic diplomacy and business strategy to help position the products of the company (developing relationships with embassies, trade attaché, ministries and top businessmen)- Ensured fluid development of the projects by liaising between HQ in London, editorial office in Berlin and field operations.
