Senior Client Success Manager
CurrentMain point of contact for active client portfolio ($6-8M annually) and partner to sales. Manage all aspects of campaign delivery with strong focus on exceeding client goals.Manage post-sale campaign delivery including email, web, social, and content marketingMentor and train 2-3 direct reports to align with business goalsMonitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients based on analytical and industry trendsCollaborate with sales and planning teams. Serve as strategic advisor on performance, products, strategy and best practices.Maintain, develop and grow client relationships. Earn trust through flawless communication skills to increase renewals.Prepare and analyze reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersManage revenue delivery forecasting and lead month-end reconciliationAssist with cross-department team projects with product, tech, and association teams
