In my current position, there are sales targets in place that are to be met monthly, coinciding with regularly inspected high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. I am meticulous in setting personal goals daily so that I achieve and exceed targets.It is my responsibility to deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve queries the first time. Through listening and applying my in-depth knowledge of stock and company systems, I can provide customers’ with the right solution for each individual at the right cost to the business. This has been reflected in company net promoter score surveys where customers’ have rated my “agent satisfaction score” at 93% consistently over the past 5 months.For my role in telecommunications and telesales, I have undergone 5 weeks of intensive training to fully familiarise myself with all Vodafone systems, products & services and procedures. I accurately document and record all exchanges with customers using the appropriate computer systems. I am experienced in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities;-Customer facing sales crew, stocktake management, managing cash control and doing cash account management for the store i.e.; managing 5 floats with a total of €750, ensuring there are no discrepancies, bank lodgements and food preparation and production in line with Food Safety Regulations. Crew training; I was in charge of training new staff in areas such as customer service, till operation, selling methods, speed and productivity.
