I am a third-year law student with diverse legal experience, and have developed a passion for solving legal issues. My journey began at the University of Mount Union, where I enrolled the 3+3 program offered jointly with the University of Akron School of Law. This allowed me to begin law school after my third year of undergraduate studies. I simultaneously counted my law school course credits toward the final year of my bachelors degree in political science with minors in legal studies and economics. Currently, I am working in-house for a commercial real estate developer, where I handle a range of matters. My past experience includes clerking for private law firms, where I gained valuable insight into various legal procedures. Through my work with the Ohio Governor’s Expedited Pardon Project, I had the opportunity to directly communicate with clients, conduct interviews, and address their concerns. This has deepened my understanding of the attorney-client relationship. In addition to my practical experiences, I serve as both a production editor and associate editor for the Akron Law Review. I previously contributed to Akron’s Moot Court Honors Society, where I honed my oral advocacy abilities. In August of 2024, I passed the MPRE with a score high enough to practice in any jurisdiction.As I approach the completion of my juris doctor, I’m eager to leverage my legal experience in a dynamic environment.
