As a volunteer at WWF in Singapore, I lent my skills and expertise to coordinate projects across the Southeast Asia region, additionally creating and maintaining communication channels with past, current and potential donors. I was honoured to be featured in the FY2023 Annual Report.

As a Project Manager, I was responsible for delivering outstanding project performance to ensure both customer and business success. I wholly owned the quality, cost and delivery (QCD) performance for assigned projects, ranging from spares orders (~$100k) to capital programmes (~$5m) within the defence sector.As part of a small team of Project Managers I took complete responsibility for each project, including managing customer relationships, hosting technical and commercial meetings, timely procurement of components and shipping logistics.Key Responsibilities1. International travel to meet with customers and suppliers, working across varied time zones.2. Analysis of multiple data sources and timelines to facilitate budget, schedule tracking andcontrols.3. Liaising with the factory floor to overcome product build challenges.4. Business process improvements within the Projects Team and supporting systems.5. Developing analytical and reporting tools using Microsoft Access.6. Training colleagues to use newly developed systems and tools.

Volunteering at TWRI, I was given full autonomy to produce a report on national socio-economic factors. This involved dissecting and analysing large, often complex, data sets, translating this data into a structure that was meaningful to shape social policy. This report was foundation material that was presented at a regional economics event.

As a summer work experience placement, I led the development of marketing materials and expansion of brand awareness, with the goal of increasing market share in the prosperous oil and subsea markets. This marketing material was displayed at renowned sub-sea exhibitions.
