1. To build rapport between suppliers / agents and Company while at the same time to push for sales in order to achieve Company’s set target.2. To establish relationship and rapport between government offices and Company.3. To manage everyday operations and lead a team of staff towards reaching Company’s mission and vision.4. 3. From 2009 till 2011, I was once again being promoted to the head of Miri Branch with the title of Branch Head. As a Branch Head, I held the following responsibilities:(a) Maintaining and ensuring stable growth for the whole branch’s sales which was covering for whole Sarawak Northern Region i.e. Bintulu, Miri, Limbang and Lawas. For years under my supervision, I managed to bring double digit increment in sales figure for all the years which I had have been serving at the Company. As recognition from Company, my branch had successfully been nominated as one of the nominees for the best branches which were holding best performances for the year.(b) Departments under my jurisdiction and supervision ranges from Customer Service Unit (CSU), Collection Management Department (CMD) and Marketing Department. CSU, under my management, in year 2009/2010, was being awarded with Best Customer Unit, nationwide.(c) My major challenge was to grow existing market size into outskirts markets such as Bintulu, Limbang and Lawas, so as to prepare a path for outskirt market ready for the opening of other branches in the region of Sarawak.(d) Communicating and reporting directly to regional office and at times, to HQ, are some of the MUST routine task for this position.

2. In year 2008, I was promoted to Marketing Executive in Marketing and Sales Department. In the department, following were my scopes:(a) Building rapport between partnership merchants and Company in gaining merchants’ confidence on Company’s easy payment scheme.(b) Ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly target are met, while at the same time building strong product branding and Company name throughout the whole market.(c) Regular planning on marketing activities and strategies – weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.(d) Constant market survey and analysis on competitors’ action and reaction towards on-going promotion of sale boosting, while at the same time coming out with solutions.

1. I was first hired in Credit Assessment Department as a credit assessment officer. Part of my tasks in the department were as follow:(a) Ensuring all applications were being processed and results were being delivered within set KRA by the company. Processing and assessing loan applications were major part of this position.(b) Communicating with both merchants and customers on regards with received application of loans. (c) Assisting customer service unit which answers to customers’ queries and answering telephone calls with standards and procedure set by company. In the mean time, cross selling counter products such as insurance and credit cards.
