During my three month stay, the intern team and I led the latest project: study the latest incoming workforce, Generation Z (post-millennials age 16-23, like myself). Notorious for being more likely to attach to their phone than a job, Generation Z made us question: what are the motivators and desires of these future employees? We surveyed over 4000 and interviewed over 40 young people from across the US.
