- Providing executive level administrative support primarily to the President & CEO and the CFO but extended to the entire C-Suite. This includes (though not limited to) calendar, email, expense and travel management in a very reactive environment. No day is the same!- Support to the Board of Directors - handling travel as needed, arranging and coordinating board meetings and AGM- Investor Relations - Coordinate investor roadshows and conferences while handling the dissemination of external communication including press releases and other IR-related materials.- Maintain company website, Twitter and LinkedIn feeds and am responsible for coordination of content/updates - in particular, investor-related material. Assisted in the design and content of Baytex's new website which was rolled out December 2022. - Implemented new corporate travel program to allow for better visibility and management over company governed travel requirements. Manages and monitors this program to ensure costs are controlled and that Baytex has the safety of its employees at heart.- Implemented a corporate credit card program for Canadian and US operations, providing approximately 100 employees with a corporate credit card. The program allows for better spend management and awareness through reporting. - Facilitated Virtual Town Hall meetings during 2020/2021's COVID-19 pandemic to ensure company-wide connectivity. These virtual town hall meetings have continued so as to be more inclusive to all employees/contractors wherever they are located.

- Assisted the Global Head of Energy with email and calendar management, travel, expenses, fielding telephone calls, nurturing his client relationships and generally being the gatekeeper of his time - Accountable for up to 10 direct reports (dependent on staff turnover/requirements), mentoring and providing performance management as needed- Organized and managed events for the Calgary office year-round - Facilitated the move of 75 employees from one office to another - this included arranging actual move logistics as well as coordinating the design and build of the new site. Continued to monitor space and renovation requirements following the move to account for growth
