Patient Services Coordinator
CurrentManage the front desk at a high speed, energetic out-patient clinic while checking patients in and out and handling any customer related issues. Daily tasks include patient registration packets, calling patients and doctors offices, answering phones, scanning in all documentation/paperwork. Also attend administrative meetings, communicate daily with insurance verification and authorization departments while occasionally verifying for patients on demand, handling payments, collect pass due balances and handle the banking. Use WebPT for an EMR system. Fully trained and up to date on all HIPAA guidelines.
