Worked directly as member of the Legal and Contract Services Team. Focused primarily on providing assistance and support to the legal and contract review team to ensure that contacts and related legal documents are properly negotiated modified, and/or processed. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:• Review proposed client contract changes to standard template agreements and client documentation.• Review time sensitive RFPs/RFIs for legal issues and exceptions.• Review customer Purchase Order terms and conditions.• Draft contract changes and amendments.• Track legal/contract status in SalesForce and reporting same to manager and sales executives. • Timely escalation of legal issues to manager and outside General Counsel as necessary to quickly resolve issues.• Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to improve legal review response times.• Work closely with Sales, Accounting and other departments to move deals to closure.• Administration and implementation of contracts database.• Assist in preparation and organization of company agreements including handling highly confidential information.• Other duties as assigned.
