Developed the paralympic sport of Boccia from the ground up in the United States by raising money andgrowing its social media presence. Collaborated with other interns to research and identify the best practices for website design, fundraising strategies for non-profits, social media campaigns, sponsorship strategies, event organization, and benefits packages for members.

Developed scheduling, roster management, permit applications, marketing of camps, planning of futureprograms, liaison with local media, and insurance communications. Traveled to different camps throughout each day to help with sign-ins and other administrative duties.

Collaborated with 3 other assistants in order to ensure a productive environment for the upkeep ofmultiple town facilities like water purification plants, public parks, athletic fields, and pools. Assisted in the oversight and management of the waste removal throughout the commercial and residentialareas of the town.

Helped the practice cater to younger customers by engaging with them in between treatments includingsocial media influence, connecting without generational gaps, and past athletic rehabilitation experiences. Prevented patients from feeling lost or intimidated by leading them towards certain exercises and explaining what each movement does and how they benefit from it.
