Responsible for the internally developed transaction routing system along with supporting products for batch processing and data aggregation. Managed the application development teams responsible for the applications that move transactions across the proprietary Discover Global Network. This included oversight of the applications that route both domestic and international transactions from partners connecting to Discover and Diners Club International. I was part of the leadership team for the agile transformation, supporting the team as a Certified Agile Leader, Facilitator and Coach.Previous roles as a Senior Manager involve managing the File Transfer team and the Voice and Data Analytics team.

As a senior associate I held several difference positions. I was on the Technology Finance team, responsible for tracking and forecasting expenses. I was also a project manager in the Internet Department, and then in the Voice Department. In the Voice Department I worked specifically on speech recognition applications.
