In August 2022, I started working on and building Girls Across The Grid - a cross social platform for women in their 20s and 30s to make friends over a love of motorsports. I officially launched the community in November 2022.Since launching the community in November 2022, I've built a strong social media presence across all Girls Across The Grid social media, built from scratch a website, organised events across the world, and coordinated meet-ups at different F1 Grand Prix races. I also built, launched and contributed to the GATG blog - a blog on our website written entirely by our female members. I also work with Laura to host and edit our podcast, where we have different members of the group on as guests to talk about their experiences with GATG and within motorsports.
