In my role as Vice President of Land, I had direct accountability for a workforce of 1,700 individuals across 22 sites, overseeing the P&L, strategy (encompassing the full lifecycle from product development to market delivery), senior customer relationships, key strategic industry partnerships, and business operations for 4 global business units based in.
