Production Manager:- Planning and management of production according to commercial strategies;- Study and analysis of manufacturing processes aimed to obtain better efficiency of the same on the basis of Lean Manufacturing;- Analysis and control of production in order to reduce waste and verification of production plans;- Modification and adaptation company layout according to the production requirementsresearch and development of new ceramic materials: body and glaze.- Director of the high pressure casting department;- Management, supervision and development of raw materials needed for production;- Responsible for product industrialization;- Head of Technological Development and evaluation estimates for the supply of machinery and equipment, purchase supervision installation and testing;- Implementation of new production systems;- Cost prevision and full cost assistant;- Responsible for the maintenance automated systems;- Responsible for green development and sustainable industry;- Evaluation and negotiation for signing new contracts to supply electricity and gas;- Managing relationships with trade union representatives and representatives for the safety of workers.
