Regulatory, Compliance & Legal, Funds, Asset Management, Banking, (Stock) Exchanges- Consulting on all legal and regulatory aspects of investment funds & asset management, banking and securities dealers- Consulting asset managers to get the FINMA-licence as asset manager of collective investment schemes- Collaboration with the Audit department

Trading & Sales, Brokerage & Execution:- Contract drafting for and daily collaboration with the trading departments of private banking and investment banking- Development and maintenance of trading infrastructure- Drafting of cooperation agreements with third party brokers, exchanges and trading platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters)- Legal review and modernisation of order routing and connectivity solutions- Collaboration in projects and development of new trading solutions (complex solutions)- In-house training of staff- Representative in two working group of the Swiss Bankers Association- Team Head from Nov 2010 Custody:- Contract drafting and negotiation of global custody network agreements
