This company has helped me grow professionally in so many ways. First of all it is a male dominated industry which can be intimidating but I managed to earn the respect of all my co-workers. I began working here as my first job during summertime while still in high school. My first job with this company as entry level was to assist the manager in completing tasks such as running errands, filing documents, sorting through mail, answering phones, data entry, printing invoices and mailing then, cleaning, and anything else to stay busy and make her job easier. Later after college at Liberty University in Virginia, I came back and decided to go back to work for the company except this time in Round Rock, Texas. I proceeded to learn more about computer software and social media. I put my skills of being detail orientated to use on every project I worked on, but still I was unsure what area I wanted to focus on. I enjoyed staying busy multi-tasking and working knowing I was contributing asset to a growing company.

What I loved the most about this industry is how well I was able to quickly learn the basics of the industry. Then shortly after I felt very confident in my abilities to perform all various job requirements, which I enjoyed because I like to stay busy. Also interacting with so many people who I would not normally speak with in the real world was a great experience and I learned a lot about myself especially concerning my skills in working in the customer service and sales industry. I felt adequate in all roles such as calling prospects, answering phones, correspondence, reporting to my property manager and asking questions anytime I was not completely sure about something. I found that I get along with others regardless of any differences, and have strong convincing ability when it comes to sales. Would definitely consider getting back into this industry in the future with the intention for advancement!
