Provide EA fundamental to industry professionals across a broad range of disciplines to include information systems, engineering, and business. My responsibilities include regular engagement with other professionals in the EA community on the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). Level 4 certified educator for the Zachman Framework. Teaching alongside John A Zachman on Enterprise Ontology and the use of primitives for effective Enterprise Architecture. Responsible for teaching how to conduct enterprise analysis using EA concepts and practical application of models. Provide students new to the concept of EA with skills in modeling notations such as BPMN, UML, and SysML.

Analysis efforts include enterprise analysis looking at organizational missions and the supporting IT & physical assets supporting those objectives. For the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, ARCIC, I served as Action Officer for the development and staffing of capabilities and material solutions developed using the DOD Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) in the area of Force Protection. Experienced with the role of the DOD Planning, Programming Budgeting & Execution System (PPBE) as well as the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). Worked hand in hand with material developers in translating operational end-user requirements into capabilities through business case development and gap analysis. For JPEO-CBD/JPMG, I served as lead for several teams across the continental United States in diverse operational areas across all branches of service. Participated in acquisition strategy for the deployment of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) CBRNE systems to include analysis of technology maturity and long term sustainment and logistic requirements.As a Security Specialist and Emergency Manager, I served as Resource Manager for Anti Terrorism (AT) programs at Naval Air Station Sigonella (NASSIG) with regional responsibilities to Commander, Naval Forces Europe (NAVEUR). I developed expertise by working with other disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Financial, etc.) to provide comprehensive solutions to complex challenges such as installations protection, Mass Warning and Notification, and CBRN sensor nets. Developed a standards-based approach to operations analysis. Responsible for writing CONOPS and Plans for use by Navy Security Forces in various environments. NAVEUR lead for development of regionalized and standardized security infrastructure (e.g. vehicles, x-ray machines, weaponry, and training apparatus). Assigned as the installation Emergency Management Officer with responsibility for procurement and Operational Plans in response to CBRNE events to include protective equipment and detector equipment.

I worked in the disciplines of patrolman, dispatcher, investigator, and trainer. I received multiple awards and recognition for my investigative efforts on complex casework. I served afloat and ashore. My experience at the Joint Law Enforcement Training Center included multi-service training in all areas of law enforcement, military rules of evidence, and physical self-defense training.
