During tenure, generated exceptional revenue growth, while also forging strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including active and potential competitors. As President/CEO, successfully positioned company for efficient leadership transition and assisted in seamless on-boarding of successor.

As co-founder and partner created the firm and developed its business strategy and client base. DeHart Crockett, PC, was a "A-V" rated firm, recognized by peers as having the highest degree of professionalism and ethics. The firm was routinely recognized as one of Tarrant County best law firms by the Fort Worth Business Press and Fort Worth Magazine. In addition to co-managing the firms business affairs, maintained an active consumer and commercial litigation practice, representing individuals and small businesses aggrieved and injured by the unlawful actions of others.

Founded and served as Executive Director of not-for-profit foundation to raise awareness and research funds for skin genetic skin disease, known as Lamellar Ichthyosis. Recognized as "Outstanding NFP Organization" by Fort Worth Business Press. Raised more than $250,000.00 through fundraisers such and the annual Crawfish in Park, a family event with live music and kids activities, and the annual Broken Oar Tarpon Fishing Tournament in Key West, where participants are required to raise funds to participate in fly-fishing tournament.
