- Leading multiple projects across all business divisions to define and implement new, creative solutions including our new online matching tool Search & Select (http://family.culturalcare.com/find-au-pair/)- Documenting functional requirements, business rules and use cases- Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs to design and recommend the best possible solution- Performing quality assurance testing and/or work with business users on defining appropriate test cases- Completed a full lifecycle global Salesforce implementation on enterprise level including Marketo integration- Implemented FinancialForce as part of Salesforce rollout to handle billing & accounts receivable globally in Salesforce- As Salesforce.com administrator responsible for enhancing initial salesforce.com implementation, data quality, data and functionality migration from legacy systems, creating and improving reports/ dashboards, designing and implementing custom objects/ applications as well as administer routine functions such as implementing validation & workflow rules, record types/ page layouts etc.- Increase user adoption through ongoing trainings, enhance data quality and leverage the power of the salesforce.com application to improve staff efficiency and increase sales through business process redesign.- Completed SFDC migration project (metadata + data)- Responsible for integration and use of third party tools with Salesforce such as HubSpot, Clicktools, Cloudingo, FormAssembly- Work with technical team to increase SFDC integration with legacy systems- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant- Experience with implementing Hubspot, Pardot and Marketo marketing automation tools and integrating them with Salesforce.

- Manage a team of 8-13 staff members liaising with our 45 recruitment offices overseas and responsible for quality control of applicant pool and compliance with Department of State Regulations- Monitor, analyze and forecast organizational performance by developing comprehensive data analysis spreadsheets (Excel) and trackers- Share analysis findings and trends and provide recommendations to senior management - Act as a liaison with IT services to improve and increase effectiveness of internal systems by examining business needs, designing solutions and translating them into functional specifications- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the program which include screening, application evaluation, visa processing and travel arrangements for au pair participants- Oversee large operational budget (multi-million) including operations in Boston and the Au Pair Training School in New York

- Act as liaison between 8-10 recruitment countries and US Operations including quality control of applicants from those countries- Provide senior management with statistical data on a daily bases.- Provided customer service via phone and e-mail to program participants- Coordination of all incoming flight arrangements of about 6,000 au pairs including planning and projection group space needs up to 12 months in advance and maximizing utilization for cost-effectiveness

Leading information meetings and recruitment meetings for future au pair candidates. Evaluate the candidate's fit for the program, review application materials, perform background checks and act as a resource for au pair candidates before the start of their program.
