-Coordinator and developer of Naval District Washington first concept of operations, Concept of Employments and training plans to create an effective Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems program for six Naval Installations in accordance with FAA and FCC laws and regulations.-Recognized as a subject matter expert relating to the UAS mission leading to over 300 military and civilian personnel CONUS/ OCONUS prepared for the new frontier.-Lead and mentor Eight Sailors not related to the Operations Specialist field resulting in extensions and transfers to develop other installations Counter-UAS Programs.
