● Designed and proposed an alternative solution to a data linkage system to enhance data accuracy across Harvard Business School's databases, meant to improve analytics on company engagement. Collaborated with technical partners to locate and clean company engagement data.● Conducted a reproducible exploratory data analysis for HBS Online, providing insights into learner demographics, trends, and sentiments to inform the design of an educational chatbot. Worked closely with Product Managers to structure the analysis for presentation to C-Suite and Faculty stakeholders.● Led the initial setup of the chatbot data ingestion process, creating custom parsing strategies for XML files, schemas, and metadata obtained from Harvard Business Review and Harvard Business Publishing.● Implemented the first RAG LLM Chatbot Evaluation pipeline using the RAGAS library. Published the first evaluation analysis, identifying areas for performance improvement and advocating for necessary data and process changes.● Produced an ad-hoc report on the latency analysis of the chatbot, identifying and prioritizing areas for latency improvement in the RAG pipeline to enhance the user experience.

- Spearheaded a comprehensive Looker Studio dashboard visualizing engagement and revenue from email campaigns influenced by a Random Forest email targeting model by managing extensive data integration using BigQuery and CoLab.- Collaborated with the email marketing team to implement a control group to assess the efficacy of the email targeting model by analyzing metrics related to customer engagement and purchasing.- Presented comprehensive strategies to C-Suite Executives on how to win over Gen Z by providing a competitor analysis, suggesting improvements in social media strategy, and advocating for greater customer sociodemographic data coverage.

• Selected to be part of an 18-month professional development program for high-achieving diverse talent.

• Led the creation and development of Georgetown University’s first pre-professional tech organization chapter dedicated to empowering underrepresented minorities and expanding their access to the tech industry.• Garnered interest for the club by over 30 students and established an initial development team.• Strategized a growth and marketing plan to (1) increase student engagement, (2) establish corporate, faculty, & alumni support, and (3) develop club programming & opportunities.

- Collaborated with senior data scientists, engineers, & project managers to identify gaps in the automated enforcement process of platform guideline violations by accounts and content related to dangerous organizations and regulated goods.- Bootstrapped importance sampled data to calculate confidence intervals for the proportion of harmful content created and viewed within the same markets across the globe, using SQL and Python libraries. - Published a global market-level analysis of the contribution to harmful content by repeated offenders of community guidelines and recommended onboarding to an alternative metric to better understand concentration of harm at the user level.

- Optimized SQL queries for multi-terabyte data preprocessing of relations at different granularities for exploratory data analysis done in R Studio using dplyr, tidyr, & ggplot libraries.- Informed the strategic direction for H2 2021 regarding the improvement of app performance across various app surfaces for users in emerging markets. - Communicated insights regularly to teams of senior data scientists, software engineers, data engineers, cross-functional partners, & product managers and appropriately implemented feedback given.

Worked on an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) case study using RStudio and the Bloomberg Terminal under the guidance of data professionals and presented it to Bloomberg leadership.
