I was responsible for technical set up, configuration and training of ITWOcx for new and existing client projects. This commonly included interpreting agreed project delivery structures, processes and workflows and implementing the same in ITWOcx electronic environment to meet the clients’ project management and reporting requirements. Including Document Control, Quality, Defects and Tender management.

My roles included managing of Document Control Software's, assisting with maintaining site & office copies of drawings, specifications & various other documents, monitoring incoming documents to ensure they meet QA procedures, support interfaces with construction, prepare tender packages for handover from design to procurement. Provide assistance to the entire project team with ProjectCentre training and assist them with finding the right documents as required.Also had involvement with Aconex while assisting with other major projects.
