Certifications are hosted both in-person and online. We specialize in corporate training, training for schools, athletes, teachers and non-profits with the singular goal of increasing wellness in our communities.We also offer a wide array of classes, workshops and yoga at our 1,800 square foot Education + Wellness Center located in Kent, Ohio - just minutes away from Kent State University. We host weekend and day retreats. Annually we host our flagship 6-month Vibration Mastery Program™ for individuals looking to take a deep dive into the practice.

I provide communication and design expertise for strategy, development and user support to create value, maximize engagement and improve business performance for the organization. I work with leadership and content owners to develop materials and communications that resonate with today’s employee. In addition, I collaborate with the client to determine appropriate delivery options for design/learning content. I understand and interpret brand, user and business needs, in order to develop innovative, creative and results-oriented design solutions. I help clients and stakeholders to question their assumptions, determine their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals. I ensure design consistency and quality across multiple channels while leading projects of moderate to high complexity and may direct the work of other team members. I work with program leads to set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities on every project. I possess a strong understanding of visual design and the importance of visual literacy in communications, presentation and training/education materials. Communication and design solutions include employee-facing websites, interactive tools, presentations, videos, marketing materials, complex infographics, e-learning courses, on-line games, logos, custom graphics, content for social platforms, meeting materials, training and educational materials and employee communications.

Charged with creating, designing and executing on a new way to communicate, engage and develop employees using an internal social platform. I created and executed on the design, the communications plan, marketing plan, training plan and engagement plan. I lead a group of champions to engage employees and then sustain the program across seven different geographical locations including a global presence. Participation of active users within the first quarter averaged over 40 percent (four times the industry standard) and within nine months, over 90 percent of the employee population joined the social platform as members. In addition, a major responsibility in managing the space was to design visually appealing communications for employees to digest within the social platform.

Given the task of designing new system Elearning training for 11,000 plus employees. I also created Business Process Management (BPM) leadership training which saved the company $160,000 by eliminating the need for industry standard Elearning training. Many other interactive instructional materials were created and distributed to employees.

Consulted with senior leaders on employee engagement programs, communication needs, development opportunities and design needs. Also, during this time I consulted with HR and other employees on wellness activities and programs. In addition, a major deliverable was designing and hosting an annual leadership forum and other reoccurring leadership learning events.

Created and implemented many global strategic communication plans. The success of the plans can be attributed to building relationships and consulting with leaders. During this time, I used many different methods to communicate, including communications via videos. Also, I created and maintained a successful communications hub for employees.

Performed both delivery and design duties. Created and facilitated several popular workshops and classes which included designing presentations, facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
