Cortney Read currently serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operations at Offerpad. With a direct reporting line to Chairman & CEO Brian Bair, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the evaluation, planning, and implementation of companywide initiatives. She has complete oversight of Offerpad’s internal and external communications, public relations, and media relations efforts.Before joining Offerpad in 2017, Cortney served as a director at the global public relations agency, Allison+Partners. In this capacity, she was responsible for steering strategic media relations plans for major brands such as Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) and Toyota Motor North America (NYSE: TM). Cortney's professional journey also includes being one of the inaugural team members at LifeLock, Inc. In this role, she played a key part in managing communications during the company's initial acquisition while orchestrating PR and marketing efforts that supported LifeLock's IPO in October 2012.
