Agency 89 is a full-service preparation, training, and placement agency. The focus is the development of the person: to enable each of our students to achieve their own personal best. Agency 89 is the only licensed talent management company in the state of Nebraska and also holds a prestigious license through the Department of Education. As the visionary of 89, at the beginning, I personally hired, trained, and consulted a team of 55+ high-caliber employees, developed curriculum for several classes and programs, implemented day to day operations, and over saw the agency in its entirety; creating a dynasty in Midwest states.Some of my key responsibilities at Agency 89 were as follows: • Strategic planning and application of turnkey operations• Research, analysis and monitoring of market conditions of related products and services to determine optimal applicability within industry• Directing employees in identifying, assessing, creating, testing and implementing solutions• Collecting between 2.75 - 3.6 million in net sales of tuition per year• Teaching and educating over 1,000 students • Managing all divisions including: New Faces, Marketing, Booking, School, Financial/Accounting• Creating and publishing 2 books, which are used as guides/ handbooks for students• Sole producer of annual Fire & Ice show which captivates 5000+ attendees• Travelling extensively nationally and internationally becoming a liaison to industry partners• Serving as a PR icon which has forged multiple inroads throughout the community and media spectrums• Developing satellite location in 4 alternate states

Impact is an integrated company that provides a broad range of services including talent representation and development. We brought the “Platinum Protection Plan” to the industry, which guaranteed a client's success, and also launched Impact: The Magazine, which served as a new creative epicenter for the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry. Some of my key responsibilities at Impact were as follows: • Consulted with related professionals to plan events and provide opportunity where clients could interact and network • Helping to launch clients’ careers• Recruited new business via the media and in house marketing materials• Acted as the liaison between customer, client and business relationships• Developed MBP benefit program, in which clients received advertising, direct commercial traffic, discounts, incentives, etc.• Oversaw online promotional campaigns, numerous shoots and productions• Hired, trained and maintained a team over 30 employees

One Source is a long-standing company with several interrelated branches across the nation.
