With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry I enjoy helping people with all levels of fitness achieve their health and fitness goals. Starting out as a group fitness instructor, I soon knew that working with individuals on a more personal level was the next step. Obtaining my personal trainer certification has allowed me to create relationships while helping individuals reach and maintain optimal fitness levels. As my passion in the fitness industry has grown, I am now embarking on my next journey and entering the Healthcare Industry. My goal is to use my fitness industry experience and increasing knowledge of public health, management and communication to add value and become an important asset to a growing team.
