Primary areas of responsibility include: full-cycle recruitment and selection, new hire, benefit, and maternity orientations, training and development, employee relations, performance management, legislative adherence, Health and Safety and special projects. •Actively supported North American Marketing and Digital, Editorial, Finance and Legal departments.•Transformed, created, and implemented an updated, non-bias, corporate recruitment process for two (2) corporate offices (Toronto and New York), to ensure diverse candidates pools and equal opportunity for all prospective candidates. Executed to support an inclusive recruitment strategy. Formalized within six (6) months. •Managed full cycle recruitment and tracked corporate turnover rates. Regularly evaluated headcount and provided recommendations to ensure fulfillment of future talent attraction plans. •Successfully piloted and implemented our online Performance Management system. Created content and facilitated in-house training sessions. Managed all system updates, in-house troubleshooting, and all communications. •Provided advice and guidance on performance issues, managing performance, compensation and rewards, and policies and procedures, in a timely and efficient manner. •Created annual in-house corporate training calendar. Conducted training needs analysis, developed content, sourced suppliers, facilitated sessions, and partnered with external facilitators to manage on-site training sessions.•Accountable for corporate Health and Safety programs.
