Adjust and manage injury claims for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National and Alamo rental car companies.• Investigate arbitrations filed by opposing parties.• Prepare written contentions and attend No-Fault Arbitration hearings on behalf of ELCO or assign legal representation for more complex matters.• Assist injured parties with the claims process in a timely manner.• Negotiate or settle arbitrations.• Train adjusters in proper claims handling procedures and update them on changes learned through the arbitration process.• Fee schedule bills involved in arbitration disputes using Mitchell Decision Point• Adjust multiple injury claims based on the NY State No-Fault Regulations.• Handle multiple phone and mail inquiries from vendors, injured parties, medical providers and other insurance companies regarding these claims.• Responsible for setting timely reserves and payment of medical expenses and any other necessary expenses related to the accident with the rental vehicle including but not limited to hospital visits, loss wages and mileage reimbursement.

Offer support to victims of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, etc. Offer support for suicidal and self-harm visitors. Provide resources sponsored by RAINN to help visitors cope.

Maintain and improve business relations between rental branches and Geico Insurance Company. Assist in managing over 10,000 insurance rentals within the states; and RI.Resolve issues of conflict between Geico and Enterprise.Prepare and conduct marketing and training presentations for Geico employees and rental branches.Compile and analyze monthly Data Mart reports and track yearly progress.Responsible for the collection of accounts receivables.Continuously formulate effective workflow patterns to achieve maximum results.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction through the implementation of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car business model. Handle heavy call volume.Assist in the management of the rental fleet and income.Market to local areas in efforts to gain new business and maintain existing business relationships.
