• Process corporate accounts payable invoices, including scanning, coding and routing invoices for proper approval.
• Process disbursements including checks, wires, ACH and EFT transfers.
• Process and audit travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses reimbursements.
• Annual renewal, issuing, and keeping proper documentation for CPE certifications.
• Order supplies, distribute mail, and assist Finance Directors and Mangers with projects on a as needed basics.

• Entering A/P vouchers into PeopleSoft system for payment.
• Paying all invoices within correct vendor terms, verifies general ledger coding of invoices.
• Balance and check upload amounts for the A/P system.
• Performs related duties as assigned which may not be specifically listed in the job description.

• Assist customers at selecting quality handbags
• Backend stocking and inventory, and other store duties as needed
