As a development manager, I am responsible for making any technology-related decisions on company projects. I lead a team of four developers and support them in their learning needs. My main activities include:- Deploying websites and systems- Implementing CI/CD integration- Integrating APIs- Prioritizing tasks (delegating deadlines and activities to developers)- Analytically selecting frameworks/libs/languages for specific projectsContinuously improving the development environment workflow in the company, making it easier to manage various projects with different versions on different machines.Leading the company's flagship project, our custom CMS.Some achievements in this job:- Doubled the performance of our Docker containers by replacing the engine used.- Implemented React and NextJS in all projects to modernize the front-end.- Implemented PIX payment methods with queues and parallel processing in the back-end for instant customer feedback.
