Designed and implemented numerous processes to keep the company up to pace with growth, and maintain top rated seller status on third party marketplaces.• Designed and implemented a SKU management system with NetSuite and ChannelAdvisor that allows buyers and product managers to easily manage 80,000+ SKUs being listed on company website, and third party marketplaces.• Designed and implemented the company process to efficiently and accurately create SKUs for use in selling on multiple sales channels such as company website, Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Buy.com. Each inventory item requires 100+ data fields to optimize sales on all possible channels. • Attend trade shows to scout and source new products to sell. Responsible for acquiring several top brands that added hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenue. • Research and vett software solutions to enhance website functionality, e-mail marketing, and fulfillment center operations.

Managed all aspects of a four million dollar store; the largest store in Colorado with a staff of 14 including assistant manager and commercial sales team. Trained assistant managers to be able to run their own stores. Reorganized and managed a commercial sales department specializing in educational and government sales. I was a senior manager in the district, able to manage the store independently. Responsible for increasing sales in this location by a half million dollars in 2008.

Managed all aspects of a two million dollar per year ultra store. Responsibilities included administrative tasks such as scheduling and organizing store paperwork, merchandising sales floor, observing, training and motivating sales team, growing store sales through product acquisition, increasing photo finishing volume, hiring of associates, teaching Wolf University photo classes, and organizing Wolf University special events. During the first year at this location, was awarded Manager of the Year for the district.
