Cory Aun is a Teacher and Coach at St. Cloud High School. He possess expertise in public speaking, coaching, teaching, weightlifting, strength and conditioning and 13 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Corey Aun is by far one of the biggest inspirations of my weightlifting years. He was my personal coach for four consecutive years in both weightlifting and speed training. He never suggested any supplements and to anyone who knew this man, his word was the truth in anything. One might say that you cannot make it far in a competitive environment without supplements. Contrary to popular belief, I was successful by winning 1st place in the Orange Belt Conference, winning sectionals, competing at states my junior year, and that's not to mention the incredible progression I reached in speed. My freshman year I ran a 5.2 forty meter dash. Through vigorous workouts and training with Coach Aun, I was running a 4.5 my junior year. Corey is not only knowledgeable, he also has one of the most intense and genuine personalities I have ever encountered. No words could describe Mr. Aun's character and moral standards."
