Process team accrued many roles throughout the plant, including: setting up and dialing in over 60 CNC machines daily, as well as taking manufactured parts from the CNC to the Computer Measurement Technology and determining what was out of tolerance by mere Microns. Then go back to the CNC machine and write in code, to get correct movements to achieve a part tolerance as small as .001mm. Also had daily troubleshooting, and had to use problem solving ability to determine why, and if possible, can a machine be fixed or repaired to be able to operate with sub millimeter accuracy and precision. This is a demanding role and selfless as well. The Process team is constantly saving the day and helping to keep everything (all types of machines including robotic) running and making high production numbers. This position is demanding and gratifying all in one. It has taught me patience, confidence in my abilities within myself, and I know now that problem solving can be the most rewarding job there is.
