Duties: Supervise & Coordinate; Coil tubing clean outs, E-line, Wireline, Plunger lift installs & line-out, Swabbing, Drilling rig bio-fuel ru/rd, SIMOPS,Tasks: Confer w/Engineering, Trouble-shoot down-hole, acid treats,caliper logs, fluid & pressure gradients, tubing perforating, tags, down-hole equip installs; pump downs, Cap-string, fluid level shots, P&A, Rotational 24 hr call-out, Invoice Approvals.

Coordinate equipment and personnel for well testing operations. Insure all equipment has proper certications, is rigged up properly and ready to perform job. Turn on new gas wells to production after Frac and Drill out is complete. Monitor intial production and assist in production optimization.

2011-Hired on as Exco Employee:Title Flowback SupervisorCheck remote well head, shut-in valve and pressures for proper functioning• Ensure all shut – in valves are enabled, and all sleeves on shut – in valves have been removed after work is complete• Verify tubing and casing pressure at the well head• Check and adjust choke settings as per engineering or production operations team guidance and replace if needed• Bleed and purge meter runs on injection wells • Change out worn stuffing box packing• Ensure all surface equipment have plug and gauges installed• Resolve all small well head leaks and ensure cleanliness• Verify and confirm all work being completed has the appropriate permit• Arrange all salt water and oil loads to be transported• Ensure and maintain proper site sanitation and well site security is enforced and all gates and fences locked • Maintain PPE integrity for all personnel on locations• Check any chemical pump on location to ensure proper functioning• Deliver all chemical order forms to the chemical department in a timely fashion• Supervise and regulate all batch treatments of assigned wells• Pump KCL water and drop soap sticks in gas wells when needed• Monitored and maintained well optimization through SCADA• Attend and provide valuable insight for all safety meetings• Responsible for well data processing using EVIN• Check all separators to guarantee operational• Gauged tanks and arranged all salt water and oil loads to be transported• Ensure all pressure is relieved prior to any work being performed• Check all gas jacks for proper functioning and heat lamps during the winter• Conducted JSA’s prior to any work initiated• Assist in Flow-back Ops & trouble-shooting
