I love the motor industry, I have been working in sales for around 12 years now starting in a call centre, moving into banking and management before falling into the motor industry. I have a passion for chasing targets, over achieving on expectations.I love coaching and supporting team members, Listening to them about where they are at so far then looking at there level of performance against that and turning it round in an engaging positive way working together to achieve the result and an increase within performance or behaviours. sharing success for over achievers is also a great part of my job. I love running a team only together can we achieve our goal!
