Process that support and improved quality, productivity and safety for associates. I have developed and trained, 9 managers, and promoted 4 supervisors to managers roles during my time here with Amazon. I have removed over 130,000 units worth of mass, total 1,596 pallets total overall for the sorter expansion at ONT2. Work with other Fulfillment centers in California to accept different fright to ensure all pallets were remove in a 3 month window. Lower safety incident in slip, trip and fall injuries by a total 14% implementing the waste management program in 2017. Standardize ISS and launching project maze runner at ONT2, overall impact lowering ISS Customer Vendor Trouble Tickets by a total 41%. Standardize NON-CON, trainned all Inbound Dock Area Manager all outbound dock related processes. In result minimize lost loads, dwelling product on IOL. ONT3 Made On Demand Book Aisle expansion project and take over of processing customer book order to be process by ONT2 associates. Increasing over all stow to prime productivity by 8%, and having the best TP90 in the Made on Demand network in 2016.
