Lead, coordinated, and tracked the strategic engagement of major prospective funders, including corporate executives, elected officials, and community leaders.Served as the spokesperson for 230 full time corps members and five programs by educating approximately 750 new and unique guests of the organization’s mission, service product, and partnership opportunities in over 150 meetings.Managed the Civic Engagement Ambassadors, a team of 22 who are responsible for media, recruitment, and outreach goals.

Worked alongside a select group of students to improve grades, attendance, and behavior in their school. Along with one on one tutoring strategies, implemented small group exercises that were utilized for student pullouts. Created homework initiatives that provided students with an incentive to perform well.Managed the After School Heroes program, which taught the school’s youth about important social issues within their community. Developed and oversaw the creation of structured unit and lesson plans for the program.Volunteered on Saturdays with the Young Heroes North program.
