About Cory Combas
I am an ambitious first-generation student at the University of Florida studying Business Administration. I've worked within my father's construction business growing up and built my own startup during college to gain first-hand experience in starting and running an organization. Starting college I studied both computer science and finance, allowing me to understand both the technical and non-technical components of a business and make balanced decisions.As the CEO and Founder of CourseLynx, I created the original vision for the application “to connect students on college campuses” and built a team to execute this idea. Since August 2024 we have connected over 8,000 students at UF (and counting) to make studying easier. This has only been possible by engaging with students daily to understand their needs and iterating CourseLynx accordingly.If you have any questions for me or would like to get involved with CourseLynx send me a message.
