• Applying USCG standards to all models whether it is a completely custom 30' cruiser or a 17' River Boat. • Transferring our very talented artists line drawings to CAD models for production and any future needs. Every boat we build is a custom design. I use the CAD drawing for calculating USCG capacity and flotation requirements, blueprints for our craftsmen, and so much more. The uses can be endless. • Drawing wiring schematics for any future needs. We custom build the wire harness in each boat one wire at a time so we know its done correctly. • Testing and implementation of new components so that we know every part of the boat is built to the standards of our valuable customers.

• Observe current manufacturing processes and constantly try to identify ways to enhance manufacturability, reduce costs, and improve quality. • Develop manufacturing processes for new products. • Use CAD/CAM software to design fixturing and programs for new parts.• Provide work instructions for the production line and dealers.• Review ECR's and transfer to ECN's if accepted. • Provide control plans for manufacturing equipment.• Follow lean manufacturing and 5S techniques.• Maintain current and implement new standards from the USCG, ABYC, and NMMA throughout the entire manufacturing process.
