Director, Oral Care Insights
CurrentLead the four-member Oral Care insights team driving the insights agenda for the consumer & professional product portfolio encompassing Colgate, Tom’s of Maine, and Hello Products in the US and Canada. Develop the annual integrated learning plan, encompassing the end-to-end pipeline of product innovation, brand & marketing strategy, media execution, pre-launch & in-market advertising evaluation, and sales strategy. Facilitate insights synthesis and delivery for all organizational milestones for the Oral Care business, serving as subject matter expert for the insights discipline and the lead conduit to the commercial analytics function.
