• Responsible for management of support staff consisting of engineering aides, technical writers, graphic designers, and animation specialists• Responsible for oversight of Engineering Document Control, ECOs, product lifecycle processes, product manuals, departmental newsletters, departmental training programs departmental website, and software administrator for ENOVIA MatrixOne• Responsible for functions of the Project Management Office (PMO); creation of project management processes, creation and completion of training and certification of project managers, and setup and software administrator and trainer for Project Insight• Served as a liaison between Engineering and its internal customers to ensure inter-departmental support and integration of various company initiatives
