I provide educational services and organizational consulting support for faculty, staff and administration in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Training covers leadership/ management skills, human relations skills, such as cultural awareness and communication, and career development.At ASU I have also provided leadership in American Indian Studies (interim program manager), as program manager in the Center for Nanotechnology in Society ($6 million NSF grant), and in the School of Global Studies (assistant director).I have spent more than 20 years in organizational consulting and coaching. I was VP of Career Management Services and of Organizational Consulting Services at Right Management, an international human resources/ organizational development consulting firm. In addition, I own and operate Cory Dillon Associates, a consultancy specializing in strategic planning, marketing, consumer research and related organizational development services.My first passion is for non-profit and state-funded organizations where I have designed and delivered training in change management, conflict management, performance improvement, supervisor development, planning and marketing, and career self management. I create products and services to address organizational performance, culture change, and leadership and talent management including succession management.In addition, I am certified or qualified in change management and leadership development programs, in teamwork and executive coaching processes and in 360-degree feedback instruments and selection and assessment instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, Birkman and HR Chally. I facilitate large and small groups, teach and train in classroom format, have considerable public speaking experience and conduct primary and secondary research to produce action plans for organizations.
