I worked at American Income for quite a long time with varying roles throughout my career. I was first brought in as a phone recruiter, calling off sites like Monster, LinkedIn, etc. looking for qualified candidates to come in for a face to face interview. After about 2 years of that I obtained my Ohio Life and Health Insurance license, and was brought into the conservation department. To handle existing members policy additions and assisting them with any customer service inquiries. Then I became a full-time agent, meeting face to face with new and existing members, enrolling them in life time protection plans as well as helping customers make changes and additions to current plans based on their new needs. Overall it gave me many different insights to all aspects of business, communication, and personal communication.
