The primary objective of the Director, Customer Success is to build relationships with our customers, making sure that our platform is an integral component of their organization while also working with engineers to target feature development that meets the evolving needs of our customers. Key components of the job are:• Receiving and tracking technical support tickets, resolving all issues in a timely manner.• Prioritizing development work with software engineers.• Scheduling periodic calls with customers to discuss updates and answer questions. • Maintaining the Summitas Learning Center, providing updates on new features and tutorials.• Assisting in the sales process. • On-boarding new customers - portal branding, configuration, and training.• Managing billing, contract renewals, and customer up-sell opportunities.• Overseeing SOC 2 compliance.

Primary responsibility of the Training and Development Manager is to develop, plan, facilitate, and evaluate in-house training programs as well as coordinate outside programs to create a work force that is determined to be "best-in-class" by our suppliers and customers.
