CurrentManage a team of 100+ Team Members (TMs) at Target’s largest ship-alone fulfillment warehouse with a focus on safety, analytical problem solving, and teamwork, while leading daily/long-term execution of center operations• Use financial and operational data to accurately forecast all incoming and outgoing volume from the site, resulting in timely cross-country delivery of over $1M+ of inventory daily.• Operational Point of Contact for implementation of Target’s first ‘TTOPS’ automated order system at a ship-alone fulfilment center. Used analytical skills to increase outbound productivity by over 10%• Led a warehouse standardization project, raising productivity by over 5% and decreased safety incidents by 40%. Trained 50+ TMs/Site Leaders in the new process.• As Production Controller, led most productive week in building history saving over 2500 hours in labor costs• Ensure that the center executes timely deliveries for our customers daily through teamwork, problem solving sessions such as “Gemba” walks, and data analysis using tools such as SQL and Tableau• Lead a “safety first” culture as Safety Captain for Center. CPR and ERT Certified, successfully completed and led over fifty safety investigations. Reduced TM injury rate by over 20% in result of these investigations
