 - Managed design, development, validation, and implementation for BLDC product lines. Communicated with customers and sales representatives to develop technical solutions, designed prototypes to meet customer specifications, and lead project build and test to ensure timely product delivery.  Developed design for validation and verification process test methods and plans to ensure products would meet company compliant standards, customer specifications, and to evaluate theoretical simulations and calculations.
