Manager, Delivery Services
CurrentProviding leadership and direction for the Delivery Services team by overseeing the project management lifecycle and ensure customer’s satisfaction while upholding Gateway’s common business practices and operational/business needs. Managing projects assigned by management from the point of client commitment to purchase the system until the system goes live or all project related items are delivered in full.Facilitate Human Resources activities within the department such as: recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management; team member development plans; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation and incentive plan actions; scheduling; and enforcing policies and procedures.Develop and maintain a Project Management Framework to ensure accuracy and consistency in delivery. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the Delivery Services team. Ensure that customer’s needs are met or exceeded through the delivery of services and management of projects and onsite interaction from the Delivery Services team. Develop and implement a plan to continually develop staff knowledge of Gateway software products, solutions and services. Develop and audit reporting to ensure that Project Managers achieve their goals for milestones within their projects. Manage staff schedules for onsite billing services to achieve department revenue goals. Ensure appropriate backup to department members as needed when staff schedules conflict. Perform site surveys completed by Project Managers. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry technology and trends, best practices and industry suppliers and competitors. Partner with finance to ensure timely invoicing as it relates to projects delivered by the team.
