CORY HACKETTPROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR ARCHAEOLOGISTCory brings 12+ years of experience in archaeology field work and research. He specializes in central and northern B.C and holds an MA on Babine Lake area archaeology and history. He has also held professional positions from Paramedic to lab analyst, university teaching assistant, technical writer, and project supervisor. Cory has supervised hundreds of projects in the Interior Plateau region of B.C., including gravel quarries, forestry developments, highways, mines, parks, pipelines and transmission lines. In addition he consults with the Prince George RCMP in investigations of human remains (and cremains), and has conducted research and recovery excavations for the Lake Babine, Heiltsuk, and Cheslatta Carrier Nations. Cory has participated in the successful organization and implementation of over 500 projects to meet the needs of clients, community members, repositories and regulatory bodies. He has demonstrated the ability to consult professionally and respectfully with clients and stakeholders while involving all interested First Nations.
