Assist the Emergency Management Director in promoting all puiblic Domestic Preparedness Issues. Conduct Training drills and design exercises according to the HSEEP. Help maintina the readiness of the Emergency Operations Center and train staff and volunteers in NIMS Implementation and Objectives and submit compliance reports. Recruit, Manage, and Train CERT Volunteers, coordinate and document Citizen Corps volunteer activities throughout the City. Provide awards and promotion events to show recognition for volunteer accomplishments, attend local and regional emergency management meetings and training sessions, assist in updating and writing annexes to the Comprehenisve Emergency Management PLan. Coordinate programs that qualify form Homeland Security grant Funding, Provdie field reponse in local emergenies. Promotoe Emergency Management activites through presentations, assist in the coordination of local, state and federal respurces during an EOC activiation

Provide assistance to the Director of Safety and Security inregards to Emergency Planning, Evacuation planning, Provide Security for high profile clients.
